The management of Adani ACC Cement Factory in Sindri has dismissed two permanent employees, Ajay Pandey and Mukesh Pandey, for engaging in cement transportation business using trucks registered under their names. A legal inquiry on 5th February revealed their involvement, and despite requesting two months to transfer ownership of the trucks, both were terminated for violating company policy.
