FJCCI signed an MoU with INCHAM Hanoi to boost trade, investment, and cultural exchange between Jharkhand and Vietnam. The partnership aims to open global opportunities for entrepreneurs and strengthen long-term business relations between the two regions.
A special delegation from the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI), currently on an international visit, reached Hanoi, Vietnam on Saturday. The team was invited by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (INCHAM Hanoi) to explore business opportunities between the two regions. The main aim of this visit was to strengthen trade cooperation, promote cultural exchange, and explore possibilities for industrial investments between Jharkhand and Vietnam.
INCHAM Hanoi is a leading organization representing the Indian business community in Vietnam. It actively works to improve business, investment, and cultural ties between India and Vietnam, often in collaboration with the Indian Embassy. Through networking events, bilateral programs, and trade activities, INCHAM plays a vital role in building strong connections between the two countries.

MoU Signed for Long-Term Cooperation
During the visit, a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between FJCCI and INCHAM Hanoi. The agreement aims to establish a long-term partnership between the business communities of Jharkhand and Vietnam. FJCCI President Paresh Gattani expressed happiness over this development. He said the MoU would not only encourage bilateral trade but also open global opportunities for small, medium, and startup enterprises in both regions. He added that Jharkhand’s trade ties with Vietnam are expected to grow stronger in the coming years, creating new avenues for entrepreneurs from the state.
The discussion and MoU signing were led by FJCCI President Paresh Gattani and included key members like General Secretary Aditya Malhotra, Joint Secretaries Navjot Alang and Vikas Vijayvargiya, Treasurer Rohit Agarwal, Executive Members Rohit Poddar and Shailesh Agarwal, Former President Pawan Sharma, Ranjit Gadodia, and Manoj Mishra. On behalf of INCHAM Hanoi, Chairman Navendu Kumar, Vice Chairman Chaitanya Reddy, General Secretary Prabhjyot Sharma, and other members were present. They welcomed the partnership and called it a progressive step towards strengthening India-Vietnam business ties.

A New Chapter in India-Vietnam Relations
FJCCI General Secretary Aditya Malhotra called this initiative a major step in placing Jharkhand on the international business map. He mentioned that the MoU outlines joint efforts in several areas including trade fairs, investment summits, business delegations, technical cooperation, startup exchanges, and cultural collaboration.
INCHAM Hanoi Chairman Navendu Kumar showed great interest in the collaboration and said this new chapter would lead to mutual growth in trade and culture between the two nations. Joint Secretaries Vikas Vijayvargiya and Navjot Alang also remarked that this MoU gives entrepreneurs from Jharkhand a golden chance to compete on international platforms. They added that this reflects the Chamber’s vision and commitment towards global cooperation.
