he Jharkhand Government has relieved 2013 batch IAS officer Akanksha Ranjan for Central deputation. The Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department issued the order on 2nd September 2025m a day after the State Government granted the required no-objection clearance.

From Jharkhand to Union Health Ministry
Until now, Ranjan was serving as Director of Handloom, Sericulture and Handicrafts in Jharkhand. Earlier, on 14th August, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) had issued her posting order as Deputy Secretary in the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. With the state’s clearance, she is now formally relieved to take up her new assignment in New Delhi.
