Coal Coalfields Limited (CCL) is gearing up to host the National PR Conclave 2025 in Jharkhand for the first time, bringing together public relations leaders, corporate communicators, media professionals, and Government representatives under one roof. The conclave will be held on 8th and 9th October 2025 at the Gangotri Convention Centre, Darbhanga House, CCL HQ, Ranchi.

Poster Released, Theme Focuses on Digital Engagement
The official poster of the conclave was released at CCL headquarters by Shri Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (HR), and Shri Pankaj Kumar, CVO. The event’s central theme is “Redefining PR: From Information to Engagement in the Era of Digitalization” with an aim to explore the shifting paradigm of communication strategies in today’s connected world.

Broad Participation Expected Across Sectors
The two-day event will feature interactive sessions, expert talks, and knowledge-sharing platforms. Senior executives from Central and State Governments, PSUs, Private Corporations, and media houses are expected to attend, along with a large number of PR professionals and students. The conclave promises to address key challenges, share best practices, and set the tone for the future of corporate communications.
Invitation for Contributions from PR Experts
Organizers have also invited write-ups of around two pages from selective communication professionals on distinct PR practices, challenges, and opportunities, with a special focus on tribal communities in Jharkhand. Submissions deadline is going to end today. Selected contributions may be featured during the event, providing a platform for voices from across India to shape the discourse on inclusive communication.
