Xavier School of Management (XLRI), one of India’s premier business schools, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ecorn Energy India Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen industry-academia collaboration. The agreement focuses on promoting innovation, preparing future-ready talent, and advancing sustainability in the energy sector.

Focus on Research and Innovation
The MoU will facilitate live case studies on energy strategy, sustainability, and digital transformation, enabling students to gain practical exposure to real-world challenges. It will also support joint research projects addressing pressing issues in energy management and technology. XLRI faculty and Ecorn Energy experts will collaborate to create solutions that align with the industry’s evolving needs.

Skill Development and Career Opportunities
Under the partnership, special training programmes will be designed to equip students with skills relevant to the rapidly changing energy landscape. Business Management and Human Resource Management students will have access to placement opportunities with Ecorn Energy. Additionally, students will benefit from CXO-level talks, giving them direct exposure to industry leaders and decision-makers.
