ED Chargesheet Reveals Ex-MLA Amba Prasad’s Aide Sanjeev Directed Illegal Sand Transport
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the PMLA Court that Sanjeev Kumar alias Sanju, a close associate of former MLA Amba Prasad, was directing illegal sand transportation. The chargesheet reveals that political influence was used to run the operation. During questioning, Roshan Dangi, son of trader Manoj Dangi, admitted that sand was moved on Sanjeev’s instructions, paying Rs. 5000 to Rs. 6000 per truck.
