    Revenue Collection Targets Fall Short, Challenge for Government

    Despite continuous efforts to boost revenue, the State Government faces a significant challenge in meeting its revenue target of Rs. 49,700 Crores. By January 2025, only Rs. 30,374 crore was collected, 61.11% of the goal. With just two months remaining, a 38.89% increase is needed to meet the target. Financial constraints threaten the completion of key development projects.
