Worker Rescued After 100-Ft BCCL Silo Collapses in Dhanbad
A 100-ft silo at BCCL’s New Madhuban Washery Block-II collapsed, burying ~5,000 tonnes of washed coal. Worker Dharmendra Thakur was rescued using drones after hours of effort. Production is halted; a detailed investigation has been ordered before operations resume for safety assurance.
CMPDI Successfully Extracts Gas from Coal, CIL R&D Board Approves Next Phase
